What this policy covers
This policy describes the REDDY LIVE website at reddyliveline.com. The site publishes live cricket scores, fixtures, results, series, rankings and news. It has no accounts, no sign-in and no mobile application, so there is no profile of you to create or maintain.
Server logs
When your browser requests a page, our server writes a standard access log line containing the requested path, the time, your browser's user-agent string and your IP address. These logs exist to keep the service secure and working, for example to spot abuse or diagnose an outage. Access logs rotate daily and retain up to 14 rotated files under the current server policy. These are operational records, not advertising profiles.
Data stored in your browser
Cached static files
Your browser, helped by a small service worker, keeps copies of stylesheets, fonts, icons and artwork so pages load quickly. Score pages are always fetched fresh and are never stored.
You can remove these at any time by clearing site data for reddyliveline.com in your browser. The Stored data page walks through it.
Cricket data and images
Scores, fixtures, commentary, rankings and news are supplied by CRIX. Your browser asks our server for them, and our server talks to CRIX; your IP address is not forwarded as part of that request. Team crests, player portraits and news photographs are an exception: your browser loads those directly from the data provider's image servers, which therefore see your IP address and the image requested. We send no referrer with those requests.
The large stadium, player and equipment scenes used across the site are generated decorative artwork. They are not photographs of real matches, players or venues.
What we do not do
At launch the website runs no analytics, shows no advertising, sets no tracking cookies, sends no marketing and offers no betting, payments or deposits. If any of this changes, this page will be updated first and the date above will move.
Security and retention
All traffic between your browser and reddyliveline.com is encrypted. Server logs are the only data we hold about visits and are retained only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Because there are no accounts, there is nothing else to retain or delete on our side.
Children and changes
REDDY LIVE is a general-audience sports service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the website or legal requirements change; the date at the top identifies the current version. Practical questions about what the site stores are answered on the Support page.
